Transport
agreement
Status: 15 September 2025
Dear customer,
Thank you for your order and the trust you have placed in us. In order to guarantee you the best possible service for your booked journey, please note that the services of the agtshuttle brand, a product of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH, are provided on the basis of the following transport agreement.
Domestic authority
The driving personnel exercise the domiciliary rights on behalf of the bus company during the entire journey. The instructions of the driving personnel, especially with regard to safety issues, must be followed.
Security & luggage
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, smoking is prohibited on board all buses for fire safety reasons. Food may be carried and consumed unless otherwise contractually agreed, but the driver may prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages at their own discretion in order to ensure the safety of the journey. Any rubbish produced must be deposited in the rubbish bins or bags provided for this purpose. All passengers are obliged to remain in their seats during the journey. This does not apply to visits to the on-board toilet and galley. Seat belts must be worn on buses with seat belts. As the storage space in the vehicles is limited, we recommend that you do not take hard-sided suitcases with you. Carrying hand luggage is permitted.
Damage & cleaning
The customer is liable for any damage to the bus equipment caused by him/herself or by passengers. Before the start of the journey, any existing damage that is visible when boarding the bus must be reported to the driver in order to rule out any unjustified allocation of damage to the customer's account. If the customer or a passenger accidentally or intentionally soils the vehicle/equipment beyond the usual conditions, we reserve the right to charge cleaning costs on the spot or after the journey. The amount of the costs will be calculated according to the amount of cleaning required and the extent of the soiling, taking into account the consequences (e.g. cancellation of follow-up orders, reduction in quality due to odours, etc.).
Exclusion of passengers
Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs are excluded from the transport service. The exclusion itself is carried out by AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH or its partners and is communicated to the customer.
Rest & driving time regulations for drivers
We would like to point out that the driving personnel have a driving time of 9-10 hours and a total shift time of 12-15 hours, which must not be exceeded. The subsequent rest period is 9-11 hours. If two drivers are deployed, the total shift time is 20 hours. Please note that shift times may be extended under certain conditions, but this must be requested and confirmed in writing.
Termination of the provision of services
A one-off anomaly or disruption during an individual journey does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the individual framework agreement. The termination or cancellation of the framework agreement shall take place exclusively on the basis of the cancellation provisions agreed in the framework agreement and in compliance with the relevant statutory provisions, in particular the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and the German Civil Code (BGB).
Behaviour in the event of power failure
In the event of a service failure, AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH immediately takes all necessary measures to minimise a possible delay or to compensate for the failure with suitable replacement services. Coordination is carried out by the Customer Service department, which is manned around the clock and takes control of further steps. All measures are always carried out in consultation with the customer. Cancellation of the framework agreement by the customer due to a single service failure is excluded unless the failure is due to a material breach of contract on the part of AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH and a reasonable replacement service can be provided.
Legal provisions
In the case of works shuttle transport, the specific processes and the required service features are agreed in advance between AGT Bus- & Eventlogistik GmbH and the customer. These are regular, plannable transport services with firmly defined framework agreements.
Compliance with all legal regulations, in particular the provisions of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG), the Road Traffic Act (StVO) and the regulations on driving and rest periods in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006, is an integral part of every order. These requirements are mandatory and always take precedence over individual procedural wishes.
